Information for participants Use of the tool is anonymous and no one will be able to link your responses back to you. The information you provide will be stored in secure, password protected drives held in the USA that only members of the FIP Hospital Pharmacy Section project team can access. Your data will be pooled with other participants’ responses, analysed and reported in an anonymised format.
